Why Bazaar Austin?

I moved from Los Angeles, California to Austin, Texas with my family 7 years ago.  People think of Austin as just another "Texas" town with sand and sagebrushes blowing around. They have no idea of how amazing this town is. I soon discovered the amazing local music scene, and all the funky arts and crafts from local artists that Austin had to offer. After all, the local slogan here is "Keep Austin Weird". After spending many weekends meandering through local art fairs and festivals in and around the Austin area, I soon realized that these talented artists needed a place besides local art fairs, to show off their wares to people who didn't have the time to visit them. So, I decided to open Bazaar Austin, an online store where anybody in the country can shop for unique, one-of-a-kind items from our weird and creative city.  Enjoy your visit, and please stop by often to see our newest additions.
